Built at African Diving fish station at Lake Tanganyika and transported overland to Lake Malawi in 1994
(see Tanganika Magazyn 26/2020), ‘Poseidon Pioneer’ was the first such large boat in the Tanzanian part of Lake Malawi.
The picture was taken in 1997 at a small cove on the western side of Mbamba Island.
