Genus: Copadichromis
Biotope: Deep-water species observed at approximately 35–45 m depth.
Geographic distribution: Lake Malawi, Three Peaks Reef.
Typical adult size: 12–17 cm
Recommended aquarium size: 400 litres or larger
Diet: Plankton feeder in open water.
Breeding: Maternal mouthbrooder; breeding likely takes place in deep open water.
Aggression: Low; non-territorial open-water species.
